Key Responsibilities/ 职位描述

·  Supports in mid-term development of cat category vision and innovation pipeline
·  Drive successful delivery of innovation projects for Cat portfolio with true insights from customers and consumers
·  Internally, Well communicate with region and global brand board, integrate global resource, and local across function key stakeholders endorsement to better support biz development.
·  Externally, Well communicate and understand the insight and needs of key customers, to secure the well synergy.

Qualifications/ 任职条件

·  Experiences in leading Brand development, &Management, proven success on navigating brand development/growth, NPD experience preferred.
·  Strong communication skill, and good capability on driving cross-function cooperation.
·  Proactive and self-motivated
·  Excellent written and oral English
