Para el negocio de Pet Nutrition buscamos Coordinador de Pago a Proveedores por un contrato de 1 año . Su principal responsabilidad será liderar y coordinar el equipo de pago a proveedores de la compañía; como también trabajar conjuntamente con los clientes internos y tesorería con el fin de mejorar el flujo de ingreso de facturas al sistema y su pago posterior.

El lugar de trabajo podrá ser la planta de Mercedes o las oficinas de Beccar (zona norte) , y en este último caso disponibilidad para trabajar algunos días desde Mercedes (Charter a cargo de la compañía)

Principales Responsabilidades

·  Mantener actualizadas las cuentas corrientes de proveedores
·  Armado de estadísticas e informes de las cuentas contables bajo su supervisión
·  Informe de la evolución de las cuentas y su seguimiento
·  Coordinación del equipo a su cargo
·  Propuesta de mejoras en los procesos bajo su responsabilidad
·  Coordinación con los Líderes de la cía para el cumplimiento de registración correcta de órdenes de compra, Ingreso de facturas y pago de las mismas.
·  Control interno: aplicación de normas referentes a procesos de Pago

Requisitos

·  Egresado universitario de carreras de Administración o Contador Público
·  Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en Cuentas a Pagar
·  Conocimientos y manejo del sistema SAP
