The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Sommelier - Pastamara

 

Your Tasks:

·  Advising guests on wine selection
·  Wine and beverage service
·  Maintenance of the wine list
·  Maintenance of the wine cellar
·  Conducting inventories, internal wine tastings and trainings
·  Control and responsibility of the Beverage Cost
·  Collaboration with our award-winning Sommelier of the Year

 

Your Competencies:

·  Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
·  Lover of Italian culture with an energetic and charming character
·  Very well-founded knowledge of wine
·  Fluent knowledge of German and English (Italian advantageous)
·  High team skills and experience in a leading position
·  A friendly, well-kept and professional appearance
·  High operational readiness and resilience
