Description de l'offre

The sales assistant supports the sales team in all tasks for the 14 Hotels participating in the Paris Sales Cluster. Prepares customer contracts in a highly accurate and efficient manner. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery in accordance with brand standards. Enters turned down and enquiry only leads, to ensure accurate capture of all enquiries. Involve in the follow-up of certain booking in order to support the sales executive.

Major Responsibilities
• Support the Managers and Sales Team in Opera and Opera SFA Data Entry of Groups & Conference requests :

Respect Marriott standard for Data Entry Opera (Room Grid ,Category of guestrooms, Snapshot, Event agenda ,Market Segment , Shoulder Dates , Acticity Set UP )
Enter all turndown bookings

• Support the Sales Team in preparing customer Proposal and Contract's:
Customize Opera Offers
Customize Opera contract's
Customize Deposit and Proforma invoices

• Support the Sales Team in the Sales Process

Handling of group requests under the supervision and on behalf of the Sales Manager
Qualify Group requests under the supervision and behalf of the Sales Manager
Ability to understand different strategy and to cross sell from one property to the other
Handling clients phone calls on behalf of the Sales Manager
Handling of customer files during the absence of a Sales Executive

• Other
Ability to participate to different tasks specific to our environment to show his interest for his future evolution, as study of the balance score card, variation, Month end report…etc..
Handle Internal Phone
Support Admin Assistant Cluster Email address ( Groups and Events )
Reporting Support (Daily activity reports, Month end reporting , Group review reporting )
Analyze the turndown and the lost bookings

Qualifications :

Candidate Profile

A/ Experience
• Relevant, proven strength within an administrative environment
• Experiences or studies in hotel business
• French and English speaking and writing
B/ Education or Certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

C/ Personal requirement
