The dynamic role of Director of Revenue Management requires a keen analytical mindset, effective communication, and a continuous drive to enhance profitability while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. 

As Director of Revenue Management, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day rooms revenue performance of our hotel.  The role includes full management of an onsite reservations team of 4 people. Through effective management you will be able to demonstrate first class revenue management skills, have the ability to adapt and multi-task whilst keeping a keen eye on the detail. 

Your key responsibility will be to ensure that, through effective strategies, you will meet & exceed our budgeted expectations and out-perform our competition. You will ensure you are working to company standard and improving key KPI’s such as budgeted RevPar and RGI in the most profitable way possible.

·  Experience in a similar, or growing towards a similar role.
