The job can be an indispensable springboard for everyone who wants to pull in the accommodation service. It will give you access master the following tasks.

Job Summary

After a training period, the person worked independently on following missions:
·  Control at the start of a shift the remaining rooms number to whether removal or not
·  To ensure the proper functioning of operations needing costumer passage at the reception: check-in, check-out, billing, removal, information…
·  Edit safety reports in order to keep track of hotel activity in case pf computing problem
·  If necessary, control adjustments, furnishing adequate supporting documents
·  Participate at marketing service of the hotel
·  Optimize occupancy rates
·  Daily, check float
·  Know and apply service procedures
·  Ensure management of system relative to messages and letters
·  Record requests or complaints of clients
·  Sublimate costumer experience and make it unique
·  Manage complains if necessary and propose solutions
·  Check all departments revenues and to ensure of properly mail and code of sales
·  Check operations done during the day: verification credit report outgoing of the software with the TPE
·  Check that rooms pricing accord with real invoice of costumers
·  Manage operations day's closing
·  Take responsibilities for the establishment and coordination with security officer
·  Report any similar incidents to the direction
·  Follow reservation in case of cancel or no-show
