Qualifications :

Job Summary
·  Schedules and assigns work to subordinates. Trains and supervises associates especially for special projects. Assists in the proper care of equipment and supplies.
·  Takes daily inspections in the areas of responsibilities. Reports to Head Supervisor of any loss and damage of furniture, fixture, equipment and any unusual issues. Issue and follow up maintenance incident note through Guestware system.
·  Takes and pay attention on hotel emergency and safety procedures and pest control.
·  Ensures all lost & found items are forwarded to Housekeeping office on same day.
Job Requirements
·  Secondary School graduate or equivalent
·  Minimum 3 years' experience in a deluxe hotel in Public Area section.
·  General knowledge of handling different types of cleaning equipment and chemicals, physically fit, good supervisory skill.
