The Amsterdam Sales Cluster has the position of Multi Property Marketing Communications Manager available.

In this position you represent the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel and the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel. The Renaissance brand is a Lifestyle brand with a slogan that says it all: LIVE LIFE TO DISCOVER. The Marriott brand is the Signature brand and it's all about to TRAVEL BRILLIANTLY.

What are my responsibilities?

The Multi Property Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for all marketing activities for the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel and the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel. In this position you manage and implement marketing programs. This includes project management of assigned programs, ensuring pull through of relevant Global and European marketing initiatives and development and implementation of property and market based programs based on local needs and demand generation opportunities. You lead, support and coach the marketing team which consists of a Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator and Sales & Marketing Trainee. Next to this you are in close contact with department heads and our sales team to ensure marketing efforts are effectively integrated with the sales strategies of the organization. Your key goal is to generate profitable revenue to increase RevPar, market share and brand awareness for both hotels.

To be eligible for this position you…
·  Like to work in a Marketing and Sales environment ;
·  Have a Bachelor degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management;
·  Have 1-3 years of experience in a marketing communications position;
·  Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of the Amsterdam Hospitality market is preferred;
·  Can communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
