Job Summary

To assist the Human Resources Department by fulfilling various human resources functions including, Recruitment and Selection, Training & Development, Remuneration, Administration and Reward & Recognition. Be actively aware of and organize the day to day activities of the Human Resources Department. Efficiency, urgency, confidentiality and initiative will be essential characteristics for this role.

The Human Resources Officer will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the apartments' policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

Major Responsibilities 责任概要 :

1. Recruitment, Selection and Induction Process:

招聘、甄选以及后续相关工作

- To be aware of current vacancies and to respond to and screen telephone and walk-in inquiries. Recruit line Associates when required.

认识现有空缺,对电话和上门求职能迅速并做出反应。在需要时进行招聘。

- Assist with reference checks, job offers and personal action form.

协助做好背景调查、雇佣确认信以及人事动态表等相关工作。

- Once the job offer is complete and you have received personal action form, complete contract of employment and compile induction kit, which you will give to new Associate before his/her first shift. Ensure the return of completed paperwork.

根据雇佣确认信及批准的人事动态表准备劳动合同以及员工入职及开始工作前需要的物品及文件,并将员工入职所交纳和填写的一切文件完整准确地归档。

- Organize appointments for Human Resources Manager when necessary.

必要时,为人力资源经理安排约见事宜。

- Respond to incoming application within two weeks of receipt, and unsuccessful interviews within one week of being advised by the Human Resources Manager of their unsuitability.

面试申请必须在收到后两周之内受理并跟进;对于经人力资源经理确认后认为不合适的人选要在一周内进行通知;
