We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Guest Experience Agent to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.

As a Guest Experience Agent you will be:

·  Responding to internal and external phone calls, emails and messages quickly and efficiently
·  Managing guest requests, arrangements and queries 
·  Anticipating guests needs throughout the stay
·  Dealing with pre-arrival and post-departure communication with guests
·  Taking room service orders 
·  Following Forbes standards of service

Our most successful Guest Experience Agent   is someone who:

·  A clear communicator 
·  Organised and detail oriented 
·  Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts
·  Previous experience in a similar hospitality environment is desirable 
·  A passion for delivering enchanting and memorable service
