We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our wonderful team in Front Office.

· 
Our Receptionists excel at:

· 
Welcoming our guests at check-in, ensuring accuracy of reservation details and farewelling guests at checkout

· 
Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.

· 
Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.

· 
Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.

· 
Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.

· 
Ensure all guest requests are accurately actioned with prompt follow through

· 
Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.

· 
Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.

We are looking for someone with these specific qualities to join our passionate and dedicated team.

· 
2+ years previous experience in front office or reservations in a 5 star hotel or resort environment

· 
Exceptional customer service with internal and external guests

· 
Proficiency with using Opera would be highly advantageous

· 
Able to work independently and within a team environment

· 
Excellent attention to detail

· 
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritize

· 
Reliability, pursue excellence, innovate, embrace change, passionate and punctual

· 
Availability to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays

· 
Excellent grooming and professional presentation at all times

· 
Excellent communication skills

· 
Right to work in Australia
