Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Kessler Enterprise, Inc. IV . The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. Objective / Purpose / Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for providing recruitment assistance to the Recruitment Manager and administering policies relating to all phases of recruitment activity by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities / Tasks:

Primary duties, responsibilities, and tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Recruits, interviews, tests, and screens employees to fill vacant positions. Maintains Taleo database by opening and closing positions once the Recruitment Manager has approved the position.

2. Assists the Recruitment Manager in interviewing and hiring processes such as drug testing and background checks, and reference checks.

3. Orders and maintains recruitment supplies.

4. Assists with the coordination of Hiring Events and other projects as needed.

5. Assists with managing travel arrangements for out of state candidates.

6. Assists with managing relocation process and internship program.

7. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.

8. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

9. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

10. Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.

11. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

12. Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

13. Will perform additional duties as assigned.

1. Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and Grand Performers by phone, email, and in person.

2. Strong verbal and written skills.

3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

4. Results Driven.

5. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals and governmental regulations.

6. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

7. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

8. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

9. Professional demeanor and outgoing personality with the ability to relate to diverse Grand Performers and guests.

10. Computer savvy (MS Office suite, Human Resources systems, Internet software, payroll systems).

Work Environment/Conditions:

Candidate must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, without the use of a private office.

The majority of time will be spent sitting behind a desk assisting Grand Performers.

Candidate must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism & collaboration.

This position frequently interacts in person, email, phone, cell phone and Skype.

The majority of time will be spent indoors.

Minimum Qualifications (Confirmable Formal Education, Certifications, Work/Industry Experience)

1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. Experience in similar size organizations is preferred.
