Le Ritz-Carlton Hotel de la Paix, Genève, établissement emblématique de luxe, recherche un(e)  Chef de Cuisine  passionné(e) et créatif(ve) pour diriger les cuisines du  Living Room Bar & Kitchen .

Vos responsabilités :

·  Superviser l’ensemble des opérations culinaires du restaurant :
·  Petits déjeuners, déjeuners, dîners
·  Brunchs du week-end
·  Room service
·  Banquets et événements privés de l’hôtel
·  Garantir une expérience gastronomique raffinée et cohérente avec les standards du Ritz-Carlton.
·  Collaborer avec la direction pour développer de  nouveaux concepts culinaires  et des idées innovantes.
·  Assurer la satisfaction constante de notre clientèle internationale exigeante.
·  Gérer les équipes de cuisine avec leadership, rigueur et bienveillance.
·  Participer à la gestion des coûts, des commandes et du respect des normes d’hygiène HACCP.
·  Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres Chefs de Cuisine de l’hôtel  pour garantir une cohérence et une synergie entre les différents points de restauration.

 

Profil recherché :

·  Expérience confirmée en tant que Chef ou Sous-Chef dans un établissement haut de gamme.
·  Créativité, passion, curiosité culinaire et ouverture à l’expérimentation.
·  Esprit d’initiative et proactivité.
·  Expérience en gestion d’équipes.
·  Expérience en  catering  et  cuisine de régénération  (un atout).
·  Excellentes compétences en gestion d’équipe et en communication.
·  Esprit d’équipe et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les autres départements culinaires.
·  Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) et de l’anglais (un avantage sérieux).
