Job Summary

Reporting directly into the Front Office Night Supervisor the role of a Casual Night Auditor is responsible for:

·  Supporting the daily operation in line with brand standards
·  Processing check ins, check outs, guest requests and enquiries and room service orders
·  Focusing on delivering exceptional standards of customer service
·  Cash and Key security and control
·  Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
·  Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
·  Audit statistical, financial and accounting reports and tables.

This role covers the entirety of the Front Office operation and the team deliver 24 hour service across reception, telephone handling, room service and guest relations.
