Purpose of Role




Responsible for preparing and serving drinks and cocktails for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

Responsibly Description

§ Prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensuring that the proper

materials and supplies are on hand and ensuring that minors and intoxicated

persons are not served alcoholic beverages.

§ Maintain good relationship with the guests ensuring they are well entertained.

§ Set-up and breakdown the bar.

§ Prepare mixers, cut fruit, receive requisitions, check par levels, refill mixers,

get ice, run food, and collect and dispose of garbage.

§ Have good knowledge of upselling, bar recipe, Inventory, receiving and stores.

§ Control guest checks, secure proper payment and act as the cashier.

§ Perform as per SOS.

§ Whatever/Whenever attitude to guest request.
