职位摘要

 

运行已售出客房报告，验证房间状态，确定差异房间，确定房间清洁的优先级，并更新离开客房的状态。协助家政管理管理日常活动。充当联络人，协调客房部、工程部、前台部和洗衣部的工作。与前台一起记录并解决不同房间的问题。准备房间分配并分发给客房服务人员。记录、监控和更新“请勿打扰”房间的列表。确保在必要的时间内清理空置的肮脏房间，并分配加急房间和之前在“请勿打扰”列表中的房间。完成所需的家政文书工作。

 

遵守所有公司和安全保障政策和程序;报告任何维护问题、安全隐患、事故或伤害;完整的安全培训和认证。确保制服和个人形象干净专业;维护专有信息的机密性;保护公司资产。按照公司标准欢迎和接待所有客人;预测并满足客人的服务需求;真诚地感谢客人。确保遵守质量期望和标准。与他人建立和保持积极的工作关系;支持团队实现共同目标;倾听并适当回应其他员工的担忧。使用清晰和专业的语言与他人交谈;准确、完整地准备和审查书面文件。使用计算机输入和查找与工作相关的信息。长时间站立、坐着或走路。在没有帮助的情况下移动、提升、搬运、推、拉和放置重量小于或等于 10 磅的物体。根据主管的要求履行其他合理的工作职责。

 

首选资格

教育背景：高中文凭或同等学历。

相关工作经验：至少1年相关工作经验。

监督经验：没有监督经验。
