What are my responsibilities?

For our At Your Service Agent position we are looking for a person who enjoys working with people and who has excellent “hospitality skills”. Your main tasks will be handling the answering incoming telephone calls, handling other requests from our guests but as well assist check in- and out of our guests, handling guest complaints and compliments, cash handling.

As mentioned you will also operate the telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls. Process guest requests for wake up calls, screening calls, and other requests related to placing or receiving telephone calls. Advise guest of any messages (e.g., voicemail, mail, faxes) received for them, and send to room if required. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction. Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.

To be eligible for this position you
·  have or pursuing a degree in hospitality and you have experience in the Front Office of an international hotel chain
·  have experience in customer service
·  can communicate fluently in Dutch and English, another language is of course a plus
·  are willing to work morning, evening (AM/PM)
·  are pro-active and reliable
What does my contract looks like?
·  Start as soon as possible
·  Contract for minimum 15 hours per week or full-time 38 hours per week

·  Probation time of one month
·  We will start with a contract for 1 year with the intention to extend
