·  Oil Spill trained
·  Motivator/Team Player/Leader
·  Design Cleaning Schedules
·  Boat Maintenance and fleet manager
·  Organizer
·  Boat driving License /STCW
·  Desirable to have IMM or higher
·  Submit Marina maintenance proposals and plan preventative maintenance schedules
·  Computer literate - Emails and excel
·  Manage Health and safety requirements
·  Adherence to coastguard and DMCA regulations
