Desired profile

Job Descriptions:

·  Develop and implement strategic sales plans. Execute designed sales strategies to develop and solicit specific accounts to achieve revenue goals.
·  Retain, expand and grow account revenue of existing accounts through total account penetration, margin management, and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
·  Build and strengthen Accounts with existing and new customers.
·  Understand the overall market dynamics - competitor's strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc.
·  Conduct and coordinate site inspections for hotels, as required

Requirements:

·  Degree/ diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred
·  Minimum 1 years of relevant sales experience
·  Knowledge about local market
·  Goal getter, responsible and result-oriented
·  Good communication and organization skills
·  Proficiency in English and Chinese language is a must, including reading, speaking, and writing
