We want our Customers to step in and feel M&S. As a Customer Assistant, you’ll work across our Fashion departments and be force behind the selling revolution in our stores. You’ll join a team of Customer Assistants who have a passion for M&S and who are geared up to Serve, Sell and create the magic that is M&S .

All applications are completed online. You’ll answer some simple questions and If successful you will be invited to complete a short video interview - we call this your M&S audition so you’ll take centre stage.
If you’re successful, you’ll be invited to an assessment in store where you’ll meet the team and take part in a group exercise and short interview
