Job purpose

·  To support the Planning Lead in managing the accurate and timely production of all weekly reports. Analysing the information and proposing actions for the week/s ahead
·  Execute any JDA system settings centrally to ensure we are keeping to the agreed business plans
·  Manage optimum replenishment driving greater efficiencies across the business
·  First point of contact for availability related queries across the business
·  Providing commercial teams with relevant information to drive action
·  Constantly review systems and processes with the supply chain development team

Key accountabilities and measures

·  Responsible for providing analysis on availability, sales and stock to maximise opportunities for sales performance across all channels
·  Responsible for maximising availability in stores by helping them focus on the right products based on product lifecycle. Take a lead in the weekly availability meeting.
·  Responsible for executing any system setting changes within JDA to ensure we deliver the Clothing & Home (C&H) plan – Central Changes only
·  Continue to drive further benefits with Optimum replenishment working closely with the Fuse team to ensure the plans are aligned
·  Key Stakeholder in launch & reduced steering groups
·  Key stakeholder in helping set T depts store stock targets for the financial year
·  Ensure the Business Units (BUs) are keeping within the agreed stock parameters, i.e. Targets, Store Stock Capacities & MCDQ
·  Responsible for informing and influencing the business of opportunities to improve and simplify trading
·  Responsible for ensuring the heads of Merchandising and Key Stakeholders understand the trading priorities for the week ahead and help them understand their part in this plan.
·  Co-ordinate compliance issues within supply chain planning
·  Dealing with the BAU availability queries

Key Skills

Technical Skills:

·  Experience in Supply Chain Planning principles and practices
·  Knowledge of business IT and MI systems, i.e. (Excel (advanced) / JDA is essential / Spotfire / Power BI/ Avail Dashboard / DPM / SSP, entry level SQL)
·  Knowledge of logistics distribution networks and planning
·  Knowledge of Demand Forecasting
