A fantastic opportunity to join a small team and support the Consumables and Uniform Manager in ensuring uniform and consumables are received, stored and distributed in an accurate and timely manner.

You will be following the Engineering shift pattern which involves working days, nights and weekends on a rota basis. In a 28 day period you will work a total of 7 days and 7 nights.

About the role

Your key accountabilities will include :

·  MHE capability is mandatory including Reach Truck and Counterbalance (if you do not already have the relevant licences you must be willing to undertake training which will be provided)
·  Ensures that consumables are in place as required for the area so that the operation is not affected
·  Completes admin/paperwork to ensure that stock accuracy of consumables are maintained
·  Report any issues with consumables to the Consumables & Uniform Manager
·  Support Store & Assets Manager to make Engineering spares available as required for machine maintenance
·  Allocate uniform for new starters; maintain uniform inventory
·  Allocate IT Consumables; maintain IT consumable inventory

About you

Your skills and experience will include:

·  Basic numeracy and literacy skills
·  Proficient in the use of Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Ped Stacker & PPT (if you do not have licences we will provide training). LLOP Optional.
·  Able to accurately complete basic admin/paperwork
·  Good understanding of the consumables requirements across the site
·  Able to complete repair processes for consumables machines across the site
·  Good understanding of the Uniform & PPE requirements across the site
