To further our growth of our Italian branch, based in Milan, we are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Markit customers in Italy, looking after our customer orders, inquiries and warranty cases, communications with our partners and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
YOU HAVE
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent Italian language and good English language skill
- Interest in IT
- Positive attitude and desire to help
- Ability and willingness to work independently and within a team
- Desire to solve problems
- Willing to relocate to Milan, Italy
