Reports to Supply Planning Manager, and manage for Belvedere and Estates & Wines the following responsibilities :
- Forecast Consolidation and Analysis
o Lead allocation/quota process management and following forecast cycle (constraint demand)
o Consolidate & analyze market sales forecast
o Prepare & Participate in monthly forecast consensus meetings
o Assure that all agreements from consensus meetings are incorporated
- Long term Projection management
o Long-term analysis at aggregated level (from 6th to 24th month)
o Manage APO statistical forecast models on a monthly basis. Resolve model exceptions in a timely manner to ensure solid baseline intelligence (PIC and S&OP Process)
- Coordinate demand fulfillment
o Work closely with Disco Distribution support and Agents CS to identify and resolve exceptional changes in the forecast and anticipate their needs to communicate changes in the forecast
o Supervise & Monitor allocation
o Coordinate closing period landings
o Lead arbitration process (shortages, allocations...) and fair share rules
o Manage with production planners extra quantities fulfillment and priorize operations
- Interact with production planning
o Construct and provide the purchasing plan to production facilities
o Challenge production flexibility
o Co-manage PIC process
o Leadership role in the SOP meeting ( voice of the customer)
- Coordinate new product introduction/disruption from a supply chain perspective
o Participate to project meetings
o Establish phase in / phase out plan
o Ensure that logistic constraints are properly integrated
- Manage supply process (Monthly/Weekly)
o Prepare & Validate overall Mid term (LE/Budget) & short term shipment forecast
o Based on production planning constraints, adjust shipment plan
- Monitor Stock & Obsolescence (Hub, Disco & market)
o KPI analysis
o Take proper actions for improvement (transfers, re-packing, destruction, ...)
o Where a specification is scheduled to change, monitor dry goods stocks of old specification minimizing write-off.

Profil recherché

Expérience requise : Minimum 2 ans
Education Engineer, University Degree (Logistics specialty desired)
Languages : English (TOEIC > 800)
- Previous experience in Supply chain & Customer Service
- Broad-based understanding of Supply and Production Planning
- Software application experience required (ERP) i.e SAP
- Strong analytic skills
- Supply chain skills (APICS)
- Good communication skills
