JOB PURPOSE:
The Merchandising Corporate Trainee will assist the Merchandising team in the buying, planning, and allocation for all Dior boutiques in North America
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Compile weekly, monthly, and seasonal style-selling reports
- Create picture-selling reports
- Manage sample trafficking between the Visual Merchandising and Public Relations teams
- Generate and update seasonal product knowledge buybooks
- Order boutique uniforms and manage order requests
- Assist with monthly consolidations
- Facilitate communications between the corporate office and our boutiques
- Create styling competitive analysis
- Manage boutiques reserve lists
- Work with the warehouse to coordinate for projects
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

Desired profile

Experience required : Beginner
Requirements:
- Must be available M-F, 9-6pm
- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Excellent follow-through practices
- Superior analytical capabilities
- Retail math knowledge
- Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. V-lookups, pivot tables, Sum Ifs, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of all other Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
- Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
