The Global Travel Retail work in close relationship with their main customers to deliver unique brand experiences in the biggest Airports and Cruises Lines across the world. In the highly dynamic environment of Travel Retail, our team are dedicated to share and promote with passion the excellence of our Wines & Spirits portfolio.
As part of the European Travel Retail Team based in Paris, you will manage all the permanent merchandising projects and 2019 Brand Plan for the spirits portfolio.

- Instore Management
- Develop and improve brand visibility & performance at point of sales
- Roll out of permanent merchandising programs
- Roll out of visual merchandising programs such as activation
- Implementation of instore tools to measure and improve performance such as Planogramming, KPIs, store classification
- Develop tools to organize, manage and motivate Sales Ambassadors and Supervisors community

- Spirit Brand Development
- Build the annual marketing Brand Plan and support implementation at key accounts in collaboration with sales team
- Business Performance update: Market analysis + Competition + logistic
- Coordinate marketing ROI analysis

Profil recherché

Expérience requise : Minimum 2 ans
Bachelor or Master Business Degree. Following 2-3 years of Travel retail & Trade Marketing experience, you show strong communication and interpersonal skills. Rigor and strong project management skills are required for the position. Dynamic and proactive you know how to evolve in highly competitive environment and take advantage of your team player spirit.
 
Fluent French and English mandatory
