Provides Marc Jacobs International (MJI) Finance Department with key analysis & reports on Marc Jacobs retail activity worldwide. Reports to Vice President Global Finance, based in New York and Frequent contacts with Group interlocutors and counterparts in the Regions
JOB DESCRIPTION:
>  Reporting
>  Create and distribute the following reports, for planning & control in collaboration with the Global Retail team:
o Internal Daily retail sales reporting
o Weekly and Monthly retail sales reporting, sent internally and to LVMH and the Fashion group
>  Support the finance team in preparing all reporting packages according to the standards and deadlines defined by the Group and the Brand management, using the Group and internal MJ tools (SyRUS, Wasabi):
o Monthly Retail Network Evolution
o Monthly Like for Like Sales analysis
o Monthly reporting of sales data in Group consolidation tool (BTQ in SyRUS)
o Review & Update of the Boutique Manager information (surface, name...)
>  Budget
o Participate in consolidating and reviewing the Budget and Strategic Planning phases for regions (Japan, APAC and Europe)
o Participate in building the budget and strap plan of US Retail activities (Brick-and-Mortar and Ecommerce)
o Track & analyse the regions performance against budget
>  Sales Analysis
o Prepare and distribute Top-Sellers Weekly Sales reporting, to support decisions on stock management and planning
o Perform and distribute key group performance and sales analysis
o Prepare other specific analysis as requested by Management
>  Specific project
o Key user for retail BI tool

Desired profile

Expérience requise : Minimum 2 ans
>  Business school or university graduate
>  Perfect command of written & spoken English
>  Dynamic, proactive, excellent organizational competencies, flexible
>  Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
>  Product sensibility
>  Previous experience abroad and/or in the retail industry appreciated
>  18 months VIE starting November 2018
>  Location: New York, USA
