Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific HR community is aiming to be an influential team working with business leaders to nurture our people and deliver organizational excellence for Moet Hennessy to expand its leadership in luxury Wines & Spirits. This role as the leader of the HR organisation in VN will spearhead the drive behind this mission statement in Vietnam:
1.  HR Strategic role
 
- Part of the Vietnam executive team and represent HR as its leader for the Vietnam business
- Partner with the MD of Vietnam in ensuring day to day operations and strategic support for the business.
- Work closely with the HR director of the region and the COE teams in ensuring that HR lives up to its mission statement and is custodian of the values of the group.
- Build and deliver relevant HR strategies in line with business strategies and aligning with regional/ group requirements
 
2.     Compensation & Benefits
- Manage monthly payroll, taxation, and annual salary/ bonus review for all employees.
- Manage sales incentive, performance bonus and Bonus plan scheme and payout
- Coordinate Remuneration and Benefits surveys and other related projects to obtain the latest market information.
- Monitor the HR Service of personnel service agencies.
- Advise Top Management on the C&B policies to retain talents while keep alignment with Regional policies and Local compliance.  
 
3.    Overhead Budget
 
- Build Annual OH Budget for HR and Business plan for people cost planning.
- Manage the OH budget and ensure the financial resources are deployed to maximum efficiency to the business
 
4.    Learning and Development
 
- Lead the implementation of all learning and talent development programs and initiatives
- Monitor and control the L&D cost and ensure the best efficiency in spending.
 
5.     Recruitment & Selection
- To monitor and manage recruitment to cope with business needs and recommend hiring packages and employment terms.
- Ensure the cost effectiveness of the recruitment tools and channels.
  
6.    Compliance:
- Understand local legal consequences and impact, compliance and governance to HR operation and ensure they are reflected in the Company's HR Policies and Practices
- Ensure HR operation are maintained in line with the Group/ Regional standard of control and compliance.
 
7.    Reporting
 
- To update, coordinate and compile relevant HR reports as requested by Regional HR or local authority.
 
8.    Staff Activities
 
- Organize staffs activities (Team building, outing, communication, townhall meeting....)
 
9.    HR Tech
 
- Be present and use social media sites like LinkedIn for building candidate relationships, recruiting and employer branding
- Be an ambassador for driving tech innovations in HR to solve HR and other people related issues.

Profil recherché

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Education
- Degree in related disciplines in Business Administration
Languages
- Good command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
Professional experience & know how
- We are not counting your years of experience, but relevant HR experience of about 10years may be desirable and you should be comfortable dealing with senior leaders across the organization and be able to influence them. This is a highly matrix organization and though the role reports into the MD of the country, it works very closely with the regional HR director and the COE teams, and hence ability to manage the difference in expectation and trying to find synergy is a key.
- Good knowledge and understanding of employment related Acts (e.g. Labour Law, Industrial Relations Act, Trade Union Act, etc.) and other relevant regulations.
- Experience in organizational restructuring to enhance business performance
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- High level of ENERGY in managing a very hands-on role.
- Should be able to demonstrate and live the three key values of LVMH group which are " Be Creative and Innovative, Deliver Excellence and Cultivate an Entrepreneurial Spirit"
