Responsibilities
Events Management
- Developing, coordinating, supporting and participating in-store and external Clienteling initiatives (including events)
- Supporting directly teams' stores in Clienteling initiatives
- Generating client lists and collecting feedbacks
- Developing strategic partnership with suppliers and partners
- Collecting and sharing Best Practices
- Events reporting, quantitative & qualitative client performance analysis
- Managing Clienteling initiatives (including events) budget
VIC Management and recruitment
- Building the strategy to recruit new high potential clients from networking with prospective key partners
- Creating and developing Clienteling tools
- Managing the special attention program
- Monitoring and analysing VIC growth (quantitative and qualitative results) and VIC purchasing patterns
- Leveraging local festive events as well as PR events as many opportunities to meet with VIC clients
- Accompanying VIC clients through special brand moments (i.e. exhibition opening, major store openings, Fashion weeks, Fashion shows)
- Communicating regularly with Retail Management (Regional Managers, Clients Coordinators) in order to collect qualitative feedback on customers' evolution
- Training and empowering Store Managers/Sales Associates/Brand Ambassadors to provide an excellent client experience

Profil recherché

Expérience requise : Minimum 5 ans
Excellent interpersonal skills (with clients and with stores' teams)
- Strong appetite for interactions with clients / brand ambassador
- Excellent operational, analytical (Excel and PowerPoint) and organizational skills
- Demonstrated competency in customer service, business sourcing and relationship management
- Results oriented
- Proactive, flexible, empathic, with genuine interest into others and good team spirit
- Fluent in English and French and another European language is a plus
