As part of the US team, reporting to the US President and to the Global Ecommerce Manager, this position will assist in launching the US e-commerce platform and support e-commerce activities, providing the best shopping experience to users and maximizing the business and profits of this new channel.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Global Ecommerce Manager to remain in full communication on the status and details of the project
- Coordinate with internal teams and external resources throughout the entire project life-cycle, from inception to production launch and post-launch assessment based on business requirements
- Capture and record meeting notes and ensure action items are completed promptly
- Work closely with the Global Ecommerce Manager to complete business requirements including use cases, functional specifications, business processes, and testing specifications for e-commerce & omni-channel projects
- Ensure UAT activities meet business goals. Coordinate release business approval(s) prior to launch
- Raise bugs and tasks in project management tools such as Jira/Confluence
- Manage product lifecycle (ranking, site refreshes, end of season and carryovers)
- Collaborate with the US merchandising team to ensure the online product matches the trend and needs of the US market
- Maintain effective category groupings, site search filtering and categorization strategies
- Conduct quality checks for product pictures, translations, prices and availability to optimize customer journey on all channels
- Run daily, weekly, periodic and ad-hoc metric reports on potential sales, stock availability, and others as required
- Collaborate with supply chain department, client service center and support in daily operations

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in ecommerce project management and e-merchandising for a luxury or FMCG brand
- Bachelor's Degree or higher required
- Must be incredibly detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and to work well with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business and technical teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of project management, as well as web and mobile technologies
- Technical knowledge of various systems
- Experience in Demandware platform preferred but not required
