COUNTER MANAGER
Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Counter Manager based in the Lisbon Airport is the Dior representative that ensures the day-to-day management of the counter and stimulates the team's performance. She/he is responsible for representing the brand values, for the achievement of the counter sales targets, the respect of the brand image and the level of service delivered to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure achievement of the counter sales and targets on a daily and monthly basis and of corporate objectives
- Set and follow up individual and collective objectives, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis 
- Ensure realization of all administrative tasks: shift planning, counter cover, stock management (at store level followed by RM support), reporting of Dior and competition
- Ensure efficient communication with and reporting to RM
- Seek further opportunities for the brand (generic staff, extra space...) and share them with RM
- Follow up incentive plans to achieve retail objectives 
- Communicate corporate strategy and goals to the team
- Manage and motivate all the team members on a daily & long term basis using retail management tools
- Ensure the development of the Dior team members through regular coaching and appraisals (with RM)
- Set an example on all counter activities and rules, and achieve high quality personal sales (D.I.O.R, grooming, product knowledge...)
- Guarantee the respect of corporate & counter rules as well as store discipline and security procedures 
- Propose extra cover plan and track realization, especially for key moments (animations, local festivities or events, etc.) 
- Guarantee the respect of Dior brand standards on all its aspects: image, merchandising, in store communication plan, assortments, novelty presence, BC grooming, posture, D.I.O.R and product knowledge
- Ensure counter cleanliness at all times and communicate any maintenance issues to RM 
- Tester & POSM management and storage
- Ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers and develop customer loyalty (application of Dior Art of Selling) 
- Represent Dior and develop relations with store management 
- Ensure animation successful roll out & results

Profil recherché

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
>  Native Portuguese and high level of English
>  Strong Retail experience (+3 years) in Management within a Flagship store managing teams
>  Awareness of International and multi-cultural environment
>  Strong leadership and people management
>  Tools: Office, Lotus Notes
