Céline is seeking for a Clienteling Manager.
This position will report to the Director Clienteling EME and based in Paris;
He/She will develop and implement client development strategies across these countries with the objective to grow loyalty and recruitment, in coordination with the Retail Managers of these regions
Responsibilities:
- Grow customer base and particularly priority customer segments (e.g. new, locals,...)
- Build action plans per country / store level based on each situation / objectives
- Coordinate development initiatives across retail & digital channels and touch points
- Use relevant CRM data to propose initiatives to Store & Retail Managers
- Build a close with the stores, relentlessly investing time in the field, supporting teams with tools & methods, accompanying and enabling change of mindsets
- Coach Store Managers and Client coordinators on key priorities
- Perform monthly client performance review with retail managers
- Articulate best practices ‘sharing in these regions
- Manage interactions with internal partners to contribute to transversality and project management mode (retail, merchandising, digital, CRM central team)
- Ensure main targets / KPIs are respected
Profil recherché
Expérience requise : Minimum 5 ans
- >5 years of experience
- Strong Clienteling / CRM experience in a luxury and/or fashion environment
- Focused on customer satisfaction by continuously improving services, processes, collaborative capabilities
- Strong business sense
- Team player / interested in the success of the organization as much as his / her own
- Passion for field / stores
- Responsibility for execution of budget and timeline deliverables
- Analytical skills with an ability to translate results into actionable insights
- A confident communicator capable of inspiring collaboration and excitement around the topic in the stores
