Context
Now entering a new phase of its development, CELINE is rebalancing its culture between product and client: to support this transition,CELINE is looking to reinforce its Clienteling team (CRM & client activation). As part of the Engagement and Experience team,CELINE is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the EMEA & US regions, as well as coordinating and supporting key global initiatives.
Key Missions
Supporting both the Client Engagement & Experience Manager and local Clienteling teams, the Client Activation Project Manager EMEA & US will be responsible for overseeing the rollout, improvement and measurement of all clienteling actions.
- Centralize local needs and structure a regional plan, ensuring consistency between regions
- Encourage the sense of community, animating the local teams and encouraging the sharing of ideas, best practices...
- Control and challenge the 3 pillars of clienteling: acquisition, loyalty & retention and engagement. Propose ideas to local teams to improve their performances
- Train and support local teams on all Clienteling tools and ensure their proper implementation and use
- Events Management:
- uphold the central guidelines and ensure a transparent communication with the local teams
- collect all local initiatives and know how to challenge/adjust when necessary
- tracking of performance and recommendations for next programs, plus sharing of best practices
- Gifting & Services:
- consolidate local needs and propose an appropriate offer, in line with central guidelines
- measure and share the impact of all initiatives
- Budget & performance:
- consolidate local budgets
- monitor budget consumption
- challenge the teams on the return on investment
Profil recherché
Expérience requise : Minimum 2 ans
- 3 to 5 years of experience, with a strong background in client development
- Excellent understanding of the Luxury Sector. An experience in luxury stores is a bonus
- Highly rigorous with an eye for detail
- Strong organisation skills
- Marketing / Creative profile with very good communication skills
- Ideally a previous experience in Events Management
- Good analytical skills for the monitoring / tracking of the Clienteling initiatives
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
