The scope of this position is to quantify and analyses all directs orders (all categories of material that Celine buys directly).
Categories are: wall units (millwork), floating furniture (cashes, showcases, seats, sofas), floors (stone, rugs...), audio & video systems, fabrics (wall fabrics, curtains, cushions)
 
Key responsibilities:
- Cost analysis for each category and region (potential exportation)
- Crating and Shipment cost optimization
- Support to implement buying processes
- Regular update of the price list compilation
- Support the Purchasing and Procurement manager on the certification process to board new suppliers
- Consultant fees analysis
 
Reporting to:
The Purchasing and Procurement manager

Profil recherché

Expérience requise : Minimum 2 ans
- 3 years of experience in purchasing and procurement, ideally in luxury
- Very good understanding to read drawings
- Sensitive to details and quality
- Rigorous and precise person but at the same time enough flexible
- Capable to work on short notice
- Pack Office
- Fluent in English and French
