- Customer success: walk visitors and clients through our website to make sure they have a perfect understanding of its functioning
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Build retention strategies to optimize repeat and minimize churn
- Define KPIs to track customer acquisition and retention
- Conduct effective surveys to discover the public perception and customer opinion regarding our products, our brand, or our service
- Elaborate up-selling strategies
- Propose service/product improvements based on customers' feedback
- Develop effective referral mechanisms
- Manage our ambassadors program
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues
- Utilize online social media platforms to engage their customers and provide quick assistance and resolution of client problems

Profil recherché
