Our Legal, Compliance & Corporate Governance Department is looking for a confident and highly professional individual to join their Data Protection team. Reporting to the Head of Data Protection, this engaging role offers responsibility and variety within a department that ensures that the Company’s legal and internal Data Protection Compliance requirements are met efficiently and effectively. What you'll do

·  Handling Data Subject Access Requests under GDPR regulations
·  Providing administrative support to the Head of Data Protection
·  Maintaining data logs and overviews for Data Protection processes
·  Managing the team email inbox, incoming telephone calls and post
·  Maintaining the team shared files within MS Teams and online databases
·  Creating and maintaining MS Excel files and MS PowerPoint presentations
·  Processing reports and audits from internal and external teams
·  Liaising with internal teams and external legal advisers
·  Collating data and creating reports or presentations for the Board and our international Head Quarters in Germany
·  Other ad hoc admin duties

What you'll need

·  Experience working in a data protection/ privacy/ data governance role would be beneficial
·  Ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
·  PC literate with a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
·  Motivated and proactive, with an eagerness to learn and develop
·  A strong multi-tasker who genuinely enjoys working to schedules and deadlines
·  Able to work independently, managing conflicting deadlines with ease and efficiency
·  An excellent communicator with exceptional organisational abilities
·  Proficiency in English, both written and verbal is essential
·  An unwavering eye for detail supported by strong literacy and numeracy skills
·  Knowledge of German language is beneficial
