The VIE will participate to the evolution of corporate tax, accounting and treasury of the US subsidiary in accordance with the Group standards. The aim of the VIE is to optimize these processes and thus facilitate their development.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Assist in the income tax calculations and documentation related to the annual closing process
· Provide support for the preparation of the corporate income tax returns
· Compile data and assist in the preparation of corporate sales, use, property and other tax compliance and filings
· Provide support for all other Federal, State, local tax returns as assigned
· Compile data and assist in the preparation of external bank debt covenant calculations
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
