Poste et missions:
The Substrates and Derivative Products Department from Lesaffre International, develops a new range of ecological value-added products for innovative industrial applications.
You will be based in Lesaffre Turquie in Istanbul with frequent trips all over the country and you will work in collaboration with both, the Turkish Agricultural Team and the Corporate Department. You will be creating the business development of derivative products for the new industrial markets. This real challenge could lead to a permanent position if it is successful.
Your missions
After a training period at the head office in France, to be taught concerning the main technical properties of the products (binding, dispersing, wetting…) provided by the Corporate Department to sell the products on different markets, you will:
- Prospect new industrial markets for derivative products with all the technical support provided by the corporate department
- Develop the technical and commercial promotion of the product by meeting industrial managers, R&D managers, lead buyers, distributors…
- Develop and secure the network of clients
- Manage the supply chain from the factory to the clients taking into account the local habits
- Report to the Group derivative department the evolution of the markets and the competition
Profil:
- Graduate in sciences (ENSC/INSA) (Engineer/Master)
- Ability for building nice relationships with different partners (production managers, experts, administration…)
- Diplomatic, energetic, strong ability to convince
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- High level of motivation, open-minded, pragmatic, autonomous in foreign country
- Strong interest for multi applications due to personal experience
- Fluent in English or French. Turkish language skills are required.
- Driving license.
