Stores Finance- Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for complex analysis and reporting activities to support key business initiatives.  This position will report directly to a manager within the Store Finance group.   The Senior Financial Analyst will play a significant role in processes that involve cross-functional teams, leaders of Finance and other functions.

Responsibilities:

·  Perform business, financial, and operations analysis to support senior management decision-making
·  Prepare weekly/monthly commentary and provide status updates on key company initiatives and business results for senior management
·  Support field leader and operational partner business analysis and key meeting agenda topics
·  Collaborate with cross-functional and finance partners to provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis as business needs and initiative focus changes
·  Perform special project and senior leader assigned analysis as directed

Qualifications

·  Three to five years of financial analysis experience
·  Experience working in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple work streams while effectively prioritizing them
·  Strong attention detail and analytical skills
·  Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results
·  Strong oral and written presentation skills
·  Experience in Excel and financial modeling
·  Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business
