Pierre Fabre Laboratories employs some 13,000 people worldwide. The company's products represent a continuum ranging from prescription drugs, dermo-cosmetics, to consumer health care (family health care, oral care and natural health). In 2015, the company dedicated almost 200 million euros to R&D, shared between oncology, dermatology, the central nervous system, consumer health care and dermo-cosmetics.
Poste et missions:
Within our Belgium affiliate and under the responsibility of the General manager, you will support the General Direction in order to establish a business development strategy in line with our business model.
To this end, your main missions will consist in :
- Monitoring and commenting on the situation of the pharmaceutical market, cosmetic industry and competitors activity;
- Ensuring presentation of data (internal and external) and their professional interpretations;
- Supporting business development in close collaboration with the marketing department:
o Brand – Portfolio Performance
o Internal performance follow-up of the brands per product range
o Search for new areas of growth and advice on business development (market outlook, pricing and discount)
- Analyzing our commercial performance per brand, per client and per performer;
- Being a support in the medical strategy definition and monitoring the performance;
You will work in close collaboration with following departments: General Management, Commercial, Marketing, Medical representation, Client services and Finance
Profil:
- Master degree in the field of: business, engineering, industrial engineering and system or information technology and computer systems;
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
- Broad interest in analyzing sales performance indicators;
- Good knowledge and understanding of Excel, you are able to manage databases and you can make links with other data sources to check accuracy;
- Analytical skills, team worker, diplomatic and discreet; good communicator (presentation skills).
