Located in Lagos and attached to the Sub-Saharan Africa Area Manager located in Paris, you will contribute actively to the Yves Rocher brand development in this strategic market.
As the Nigeria Brand Manager, you will be responsible for:
1) Commercial development of the market (sell-in & sell-out)
- Identify and implement new distribution opportunities (multi-brands, pharmacies, internet ...)
- Commercial KPIs follow-up and analysis
- Advise & support on product orders (set up an order planning)
2) Guaranty a competitive marketing strategy:
- Build a yearly promotional/marketing plan
- Implement a CRM policy : brand loyalty program, promotional offers
3) Develop the visibility of the brand in the country:
- Deploy communication tools aligned with the brand guidelines and Nigerian market specificities (press, billboard, digital...)
- Identify, create & implement new visibility opportunities for the brand (digital influence through social media, brand partnering & sponsorship, etc)
4) Guaranty the quality of in-store merchandising & retail local deployment:
- Professionalize the store execution and improve customers shopping experience
- On-site application of permanent & animation merchandising recommendations
- Roll-out of training materials and monitoring the sales force in their application of sales techniques (training, incentive, motivation)
YOUR PROFILE
Graduated from a business school or an equivalent degree course with a specialization in Marketing / International Business, you already had a first experience in a commercial position.
Internationally oriented and, if possible, sensitive to Sub-Saharan African cultures, you have a strong interest for business development in emerging markets.
You speak English fluently and have real commercial and project management skills. Autonomy, resourcefulness, rigor and smile are all needed to succeed in this position. Great interpersonal skills as well as Strong Microsoft Office skills are required.
