In 2 years our client will have tripled its workforce, will be present in 5 countries and will have more than 500 clients.
The role of the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Intern is to support the development through Human Resources

Within the HR Department, your main missions will be to :
♦ Support the recruitment process in order to new talents
→ Formalize the recruitment needs, in connection with all the departments (draft the job descriptions based on the scorecards hiring Managers built) ;
→ Source the right applicant thanks to a job posting strategy but also through a direct approach, and head hunters ;
→ Realize the first interview with each applicant and debrief with hiring managers ;
→ Implement the referrals policy and build an applicant pool for future recruitment needs ;
→ Maintain and develop our partnerships (head hunters, online advertising, schools, etc) ;
→ Be the referrent for the recruitment process efficiency (KPI’s follow-up, updates regarding the recruitment status, etc.), and give applicants the best experience possible ;
→ Create a talent pool and develop it on a daily basis.

♦ Bring the onboarding process to life, and accompany each new employee
→ Realize and update of the Welcome Kit on Trello ;
→ Organize the internal events (team building, etc.)

♦ Implement our client brand through all our HR processes & communications
→ Build and implement all the actions to attract applicants (brand image, events, school, etc.) with the Marketing Department ;
→ Be the best ambassador of our HR brand (on social media like LinkedIn, schools, HR events, etc.); and represent our client at Job Fairs, community events, meetups and conferences.

→ Launch regular surveys to assess employees’ satisfaction

Profil recherché

♦ You are a Student in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields from a top University or Business School
♦ You have an Internship Agreement for 6 months
♦ You have a first experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast paced environment (ideally from a startup or a tech company) ;
♦ You consider yourself an entrepreneur with a real interest for start-ups
♦ You are confident with recruitment tools,

Mandatory skills
1. Excellent written & verbal communications skills in both French & English ;
2. Autonomous, organized, reactive with priorisation & multi-tasking skills ;
3. Empathic, good at reading people and easy to work with ;
4. Structured, analytical and problem solver ;
5. Positive attitude, enthusiatic and available
6. Be able to work with sensitive subjects (confidentiality).
