Our website features, social focus and online booking system make it easy to find the ideal flatmate or tenant. We connect and gather our community in a simple, fluid and intuitive way, making it a truly unique platform that puts forward lifestyle and personality, not just price, place and location.

We have high expectations for our team and are looking for a talented, motivated and entrepreneurial intern to grow with us and help us speed up our expansion across Europe, with main focus in Spain and France.

This internship is a great opportunity for you to have a highly impactful and hands- on experience in a start-up awarded in the Top 100 Red Herring 2014.

Stage Business Developer (H/F)

Make bookings

• Be responsible to build your own pipeline with various sales strategies
• Respond and follow up to inbound leads via email and phone calls
• Work with the rest of the sales team to close deals via cold calling, prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity identification
• Constantly improving our processes and giving ideas on new strategies that can help us reach more client
Bring the platform to the next level
• Create and execute local marketing strategies to encourage user adoption
• Engage with key stakeholders in the flatsharing industry
• Drive communication with hosts and partners
• Perform market research
• Study local behaviours to detect new market opportunities
• Explore business opportunities to set up key local partnerships

Increase user engagement

• Create links with universities and accommodation centres
• Consolidate list of universities and accommodation centres
• Actively engage students through social media & blog
• Research & strategically plan student event calendar (fairs, events, graduation)

• An out-of-the-box positive thinker interested in how collaborative consumption is reshaping the real-estate market
• A results-oriented person with strong reporting skills, KPI focus and healthy love of pushing boundaries
• A clear communicator who can fearlessly pick up the phone and quickly build rapport with clients
• A team player and outgoing person with strong attention to detail
• A capacity to thrive with minimal guidance and excel in uncertainty
• Completing Bachelor degree or above
• Fluency in French, Spanish and English

The nice-to-haves

• Living in a flatshare and loving it
• Knowledge of the real-estate market
• Fluency in another European language
