As a key actor of the success of our business, here below is a non-exhaustive list of your responsibilities:
- Answer to all the daily needs of our clients and prospects (phone, email, live chat...) and make sure they love us!
- Daily management of our distributors
- Structure and develop our Back-Office management (best practice tools for customers, FAQs section to
design and create, improve onboarding flow of current customers...)
- Work together with sales team by helping them with cold emailing (and cold calling if you wish), send offers to customers who ask them and take advantage of this to train them on the usage of the company..
- Analyse customer statistics in order to make recommendations, follow-up after 1st orders, be pro-active towards customers...etc.
- Marketing material online: be pro-active in creating new online content so current customers & future prospects get to know the brand in France.

You have a clear long-term evolution path if you wish to evolve and grow in a company which values its employees.
- From BTS to Master degree in sales
- French as native speaker (no need to apply if this criterion is not met else you won’t be able to develop yourself in this position) + fluent to work in English
