Our business development team are the business representatives in each territory.

We select and sign up fleets that match our requirements. The fleets are then onboarded onto our systems. For a fleet to receive trips from Karhoo, it needs to use a dispatch system that we are or can be integrated to.

For the moment we cover UK, Europe, North America and Asia – and we are constantly monitoring the World for new supply opportunities. Taxis, minicabs, motorcycles, or any other means of ground transportation as long as it is legal and compliant with regulations.

The France team looks after the suppliers and demand partners on an account management model. We strive to automate as much as possible throughout the value chain, from signing, onboarding, integrating, testing, deploying, billing, and servicing.

We’re looking for motivated women and men who can solve more problems than they create, who can work independently as well as in a team, and who can interact professionally with our partners. People who will always find the root cause of a problem, improve the quality and increment the speed in all our processes.

PRESALES
- Monitoring of market trends within ground transportation, being on top of the news in the transportation industry, and able to extract, analyse and
communicate trends
- Analysing and creating customer interest (DMS, fleets and demand partners) using SalesForce, local newsletters, trade show representation and direct sales meetings. Balancing supply and demand in the territory.

CONTRACTING
- Analysing the market, identifying major stakeholders, conducting desk and field research, and presenting this to management and colleagues
- Reaching out to market players, succeed in setting up meetings and gaining top level attention from potential partners
- Managing the negotiation and e-signing contracts process. Maintain a constant progression in supply and demand volume.

ONBOARDING
- Initiating onboarding procedure but passing responsibility over to operations.
- Account manager for escalation if onboarding is delayed.

LIVE
- Maintain client relations in order to secure trust and increase trip volumes. Liaise with central operations, removing language and cultural barriers between central operations and the local partners.
- Always aiming to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes and systems

Profil recherché

Essential Skills and Requirements:
Experience from ground transportation industry
Experience with platform economics
Commercial development experience
Key account management experience
A good understanding of tech
A bachelor or a master’s degree in related domains
Native in French, very high level of English
