Job description

Urban Decay & Clarisonic Sales Supervisor & Coach KSA – West & Center & East Region

- Lead and drive the Sell In / Sell Out Business in the designated doors to achieve monthly/yearly retail targets.

- Ensure 100% sufficient stock level by SKU to achieve sales target. Report to RM any OOS and low coverage.

- Lead and drive the field teams to achieve individual target by delivering outstanding customer service.

- Recruit as per budget along with RM and monitor new BA integration.

- Guarantee brand image by monitoring each door's quality and merchandising (requesting testers / follow up on maintenance with supplier & VM / following up process on seasonal updated / etc…) and suggest any improvements needed to RM.

- Build up and maintain a strong retailer connection and relationship by daily visit/meeting with key players.

- Strong awareness of competition activities (in/out retailers), results, ranking, team and reporting this information monthly to RM.

- Coordinate with retailers on promotions and events (Blogger events / CRM / Thematic)

- Identify business opportunities and drive for actions to maximize selling opportunity (in store events/extra visibility/animation/ etc)

- Motivate and develop the field team

- Ensure the best coverage in peak & animation time by setting right schedules (day off, holidays) and follow up sick leave.

- Work closely with Training Department to set up coaching/training session during the year.

- Share and consolidate customers' feedback and insights and report to RM.

Field Coach part:

Responsible for the consistent implementation of the Retail & Service Excellence

Partner with Retail Manager and Regional Trainer to ensure training needs are identified using the retail indicators along with the training evaluation by individual

Oversee the execution of field Coaching program in line with the Brand Trainer and BA development strategy including:

·  Observation of the current situation
·  Identify development needs by individual
·  Follow up evaluation & coaching plan per counter per BA to report of progress & readjust targets if necessary
·  Signal high potential individuals both in the brand & in the competition
·  Propose action for not well performing BAs (potential warnings/redundancies)
