Job description

L’Oréal Luxe Australia has a unique portfolio which combines traditional beauty, couture and alternative new luxury brands. The division delivers a unique world of beauty in three major specialisations – make-up, skincare and fragrance. In the Australian market our Head Office and Field teams work together to bring the brands Lancôme, YSL Beaute, Giorgio Armani, Shu Uemura, Urban Decay, IT Cosmetics and the fragrances under the Prestige Collection International umbrella, to our consumers through department stores, selected pharmacies and ecommerce.

We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales & Operations Analyst within Supply Chain to support our Commercial team within the Luxury division with a wide portfolio of iconic brands.Reporting into the Business Development Manager, this role will support the team with forecasting to optimise stocks and costs across all our pharmacy channels as well as speciality stores- Mecca & Sephora.

Key responsibilities:

·  Liaise with L’Oreal Key stakeholders; Supply and Demand Planners, Business Development Managers, Marketing and the Customer Service team
·  Ensure the alignment of the order catalogues and product information between the business and the customers.
·  Ensure that the processes (supply, legal disputes, returns) are aligned between the customer and the business channel, and define a dashboard with the shared indicators.
·  Follow the execution and identify the risks of shortages, and work both internally and with the customer in order to limit its impacts.
·  Coordinate the information sharing (quantities and phasing agreement) on cruising products, promotions and launches, between the sales team and the customer.
·  Analyse shortage causes, including the ones on shelf, and propose actions both internally and with the client.
·  Animate regular supply chain meetings with the customers.
·  Follow the supply chain performance and coordinate continuous improvement project
·  Follow the stock in trade and propose actions for inventory optimisation.

·  Experience within a Supply Chain Planning environment
·  Strong Microsoft Suite skills; Excel, PowerPoint and Word
·  Demand Planning System Experience

You will be experienced in Supply chain with exposure to an FMCG, Retail or fast paced environment. Most importantly, you have strong analytical, numerical, communication and interpersonal skills supported by strong skills in Excel. Tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded.
