The LP Educator will…

 

-Train hairdressers (as well as internal staff) on brand-related products and services

- Impersonate and transmit the values of the brand to the distribution

- Develop creativity among clients and their teams, linked to new products

- Implement global or customized training programs for each store and/or staff members

- Contribute to improve our products sell-out in line with brand strategy

- Organize training courses (choice of location, model recruitment, logistics, administrative follow-up, etc.)

- Provide technical training for sales team

•Hairdressing school degree

•Ideally 3 minimum years of working experience in hair salon

•Must possess: business orientation, innovative thinking, digital savvy, negotiation & problem solving skills; ability to build win – win  relationships with the customers, communication skills 

•Basic Computer skills (ppt, Excel)

•Basic language skills
