At the heart of our digital laboratory for learning practices, you will join a team of passionate people, up ready to innovate and to find new way to develop our employees.

You will take care and develop a digital platform dedicated to all our employees worldwide! In order to succeed this international mission, you will:

* Ensure the global management of our LMS : MyLearning portal (Saas mode)

* Apply technical check of our learning modules including norms respect (scorm, videos optimization…)

* Source new suppliers “on-the-self” or “bespoke” and determine technical validation

* Collaborate with our international HR departments to ensure technical interfaces of our diverse internal HR system to create synergy

* Operate a technologic intelligence on news standards and practices (i.e. Tin Can), new devices (i.e. Oculus) and new technologies such as apps or widget

We will ask you to:

* Be in possession of a Master's Degree or equivalent

* Have strong technical/IT skills and a passion for Learning

* Be fluent in both French and English

* Have a significant professional experience of at least 3 years
