Your Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Industrial Finance Director, with the support of an extensive integration program, your responsibilities may include:

·Daily analysis of the P&L of the plant

·Strategic planning (3 year plans), forecasting and trend analysis

·Production of monthly financial dashboards

·Analysis and studies of resource & costs optimization (value analysis, PRI…)

·Ensuring the budgetary margins are respected

·Expense management and variance analysis

·Implement Internal Control best practices across the different functions and pocesses

As a strategic Finance Business Partner, you will accompany and advise your stakeholders in the Operations. You will also ensure that the correct accounting and finance policies of the group are upheld at all times.

Your profile:

·You graduate a Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting (BAC+5)

·Previous experience as a financial controller with a preference for experience in Industry/Manufacturing

·An excellent communicator, you are rigorous, flexible and have profound analytical skills

·Capable and passionate about working in an industrial environment

Contrôleur de gestion Usine (H/F)

Vos principales responsabilités :

En support du DAF, votre rôle consiste à réaliser le contrôle de gestion de l'usine. Vous aurez notamment en charge les missions suivantes :

·Produire les reportings mensuels

·Participer à l'élaboration du plan, du budget et des tendances de l'usine

·Procéder les analyses de coûts afin de détecter les risques

·Identifier les opportunités d'optimisation des coûts et réfléchir à l'efficacité des actions engagées (avantages clients, analyse de la valeur, PRI, CSV…)

·Mettre en place les bonnes pratiques de Contrôle Interne dans son domaine d'activité

Votre profil :

·Vous êtes jeune diplômé d'une Ecole d'Ingénieur, de Commerce ou d'un cursus universitaire niveau Bac + 5 avec une spécialisation en Contrôle de Gestion

·Vous disposez idéalement d'une expérience préalable en univers industriel

·Vous possédez des qualités de communication, d'organisation et d'analyse

·Vous maitrisez parfaitement Excel et êtes doté de bonnes connaissances en informatique

·Vous encouragez l'innovation et la créativité et vous avez un esprit entrepreneurial
